Privacy Policy

01Introduction

SK Landed Cost Manager is an extension published by SKOR CONSEIL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The extension runs entirely within the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment ("tenant"). SKOR CONSEIL does not operate any external platform, database, web service, API or cloud infrastructure required for the normal operation of the extension.

This Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when using the extension.

02Data Processed by the Extension

The extension processes business data already stored within the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, including:

• shipment and container information;
• purchase orders and purchase order lines;
• information relating to goods receipts and purchase invoices;
• landed cost allocation data;
• supplier information required for purchasing activities;
• extension configuration and setup parameters.

The extension is designed to process business and operational data relating to purchasing, logistics, inventory valuation and accounting entries.

The extension is not designed to collect, process or store special categories of personal data, such as health data, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs or similar sensitive information.

If personal data is present within the customer's Business Central environment (for example, supplier contact names), such information remains under the customer's control and is processed solely as part of the customer's Business Central operations.

03No External Data Transmission

As of the date of publication of this Privacy Policy, the extension does not transmit any customer data outside the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant in which it is installed.

The extension:

• does not make any external HTTP or API calls;
• does not connect to any third-party service;
• does not transmit telemetry to SKOR CONSEIL;
• does not send customer data to external systems for processing.

All calculations, allocations, document generation processes and status updates are performed locally within the customer's Business Central environment.

04Access to Customer Data

SKOR CONSEIL does not have access to customer data through the extension.

The installation, configuration and operation of the extension are performed within the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

SKOR CONSEIL may access customer data only when:

• the customer has expressly authorised such access;
• a separate support, consulting, implementation or maintenance agreement is in place;
• access is granted by the customer through Microsoft's standard administration and security mechanisms.

Where applicable, such access is governed by the relevant contractual provisions between the customer and SKOR CONSEIL.

05Microsoft Platform Telemetry

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central may collect telemetry, diagnostic, usage, performance and operational data as part of Microsoft's cloud service platform.

This data collection is carried out by Microsoft under its own privacy commitments, terms of use and data protection documentation.

SKOR CONSEIL does not control Microsoft's processing activities and encourages customers to consult Microsoft's privacy documentation for further information.

06Data Retention

The extension does not retain an independent copy of customer data.

Data processed by the extension remains stored within the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and is subject to the retention, archiving, backup and deletion policies established by the customer and Microsoft.

SKOR CONSEIL does not retain customer data through the extension.

07Data Protection Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data within their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and therefore act as the applicable data controller under the data protection regulations in force.

The extension does not create an independent processing purpose separate from the customer's existing Business Central operations.

Requests relating to data subject rights should therefore be addressed to the customer organisation responsible for the relevant Business Central environment.

08International Use

SK Landed Cost Manager is marketed and made available internationally.

This Privacy Policy is intended to support compliance with the general principles of applicable data protection and privacy laws. Customers remain responsible for assessing and complying with the legal or regulatory obligations applicable to their own organisation and jurisdictions.
